Meeting Rooms
Eagle Valley Library District has community rooms and small meeting rooms at Gypsum Public Library, Eagle Public Library and Avon Public Library.
Study rooms are available at Gypsum Public Library and Eagle Public Library.
All meeting rooms are free. All meeting rooms can only be used during our open hours. You do not need a library card to use a meeting room. Please view our meeting room policies.
Community Rooms / Smaller Meeting Rooms
- We have a large community meeting room at each of our branch locations.
- We have smaller meeting rooms at each of our branch locations.
- These rooms can be reserved by local community nonprofit groups and local government.
- To confirm the reservation, a Meeting Room Form will have to be filled out.
- Please stop by or call the specific branch to reserve a room and receive the Meeting Room form.
- The TV and / or screen in the room can be used.
- Alternatively the EVLD circulating projector can be checked out for use with the roll down screen in the room.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their device can connect to a HDMI cord.
Study Rooms
- We have a small study rooms at Gypsum Public Library and Eagle Public Library.
- Study rooms are first come, first serve. We do not take reservations for study rooms.
